200 Hour Hot Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Tropics
Sharing your love of yoga with others is an extraordinary experience, it is both fullfilling and a great way to deepen the understanding of your own practice. At Yoga Tropics we offer a 200 hour teacher training led by several Experience Register Yoga Teachers. We meet as a group twice per week for 10 weeks to complete theory and technical training of the practice, then you’ll develop as a teacher over the following months by continuing with workshops and intensive, teaching mock classes and shadowing other teachers. Throughout the training you will deepen your knowledge of the Yoga Tropics 1 series, a blend of Hatha hot yoga and Vinyasa sequencing and explore some of the postures of the Tropics 2 series. As a teacher, we don’t want you just to teach postures, but rather teach students to incorporate their breath, movements, and intentions to experience a challenging, healing, and meditative practice.
Yoga Tropics Teacher Training meets twice per week for 10 weeks, one weekday evening and Saturday all day. It is possible to complete 200 hours within the 10 weeks if you dedicate everyday to practicing and practice teaching under the supervision of our E-RYT’s. If your schedule does not allow for daily commitment, the training will take however long you take to complete 200hours of training.
